Dear friends! I want to represent you works of art of the member of Ukrainians artists, docent Ovchinnikov Vladimir.
1948- was born in Kharkow
1958- finished Institute of Art( V.S. Nenado and N. I. Gnoevoj) in Kharkow
1990- member of Kharkow's department of Ukrainian's Artistic Union.
1996- was awarded like a docent.
He is constant participant of region, republic and national exhibitions.
